Charity Roller Disco!
On Saturday 4th February 2017 the SWAT team took over Exeter’s local Roller Disco to raise funds for Force Cancer Charity - a charity close to many of our skaters hearts.
With a purple and green theme (see what we did there?!) people of all skating abilities donned their best disco gear and hit the rink skating around to classic 70’s, 80’s and 90’s hits! A great evening was had by all and we hope to do another one later in the year so if you missed out this time don’t worry!
To help us make as much profit as possible, our platinum sponsor for 2017 - ReBoot Roller Discos, donated the use of all their skate equipment free of charge and Bronze sponsor Momma Truckers Skate Shop helped subsidize the venue hire so a huge thankyou to both for their support – in total we raised a whopping £600!
